Return & Exchange Policy

At Abrar Boutique, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the delicate and modest nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing abrardesignboutique@gmail.com

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the defect

• A brief explanation

Our team will review your request and offer an appropriate solution.

• Returns must be approved by customer support before shipping the item back.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages.

• If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will refund shipping up to £4.

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been dispatched.

• Once dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.

To be eligible for return (in the case of a defect), the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please ensure all returns are carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging may not qualify for a refund.

We now offer international shipping to many countries. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

You may receive an email or message from the courier asking you to pay these charges before delivery, or you may be asked to pay at the time of delivery.

If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
